Jay Gonzales "Route Department Manager" Jay came to Blue Dolphin in 1991 as a route cleaner. Jay has since worked his way up to the top of this department, which is the heart of the operation. If you should have any questions or problems with your pool or spa cleaning Jay is the man in charge. With 20 full time route cleaners he is a busy guy! James Handford "Service Department Manager" Jim came to Blue Dolphin in 1996 from Spas East in Virginia. With a sound foundation of knowledge in electronics and customer service he is a perfect fit in the operation here at Blue Dolphin. Missy McKenzie "Office Manager" Missy is in charge of all daily office operations including billing and communications. She has been with Blue Dolphin for 17 years.  If you should need assistance with a billing question she can help you.
