Douglas Fleisher "Owner and President" - Doug started Blue Dolphin Pool Service in 1980, with a small group of customers and an eye on the future. Doug has organized Blue Dolphin Pool Service into one of the largest pool and spa service firms for all of Florida. You may reach Doug by e-mail doug@bdpool.com.


Todd Cameron "Operations Manager" - Todd oversees all company operations. From purchasing to customer relations to problem solving.


Roger Moss"Route Department Manager" - Roger came to Blue Dolphin Pool Service in 2018 as a route cleaner. Roger has since worked his way up to the top of this department, which is the heart of the operation. If you should have any questions or problems with your pool or spa cleaning Roger is the man in charge. With 20 full-time route cleaners, he is a busy guy! James Handford "Service Department Manager" - Jim came to Blue Dolphin Pool Service in 1996 from Spas East in Virginia. With a sound foundation of knowledge in electronics and customer service, he is a perfect fit in the operation here at Blue Dolphin Pool Service. Missy McKenzie "Office Manager" - Missy is in charge of all daily office operations including billing and communications. She has been with Blue Dolphin Pool Service for 17 years. If you should need assistance with a billing question, then she can help you. If you should need to speak with a manager or supervisor in the field, then she can connect you with that person.
