What Sets Us Apart

Blue Dolphin strives to provide quality service with a well trained staff in the field and in the office. Your pool and or spa investment means much more to us than just another account. We believe you have entrusted us with your investment and we will do our best to see that it stays in top condition, thereby providing you with the all the healthful and recreational aspects your purchase can provide.

Our employees are owners in the company. Setting us apart from the competition. We are always setting the bar for others.

All of Blue Dolphin's route cleaning technicians have been trained by a "Certified Pool Operator" (CPO) or hold a "CPO" certificate.
The "CPO" certificate is issued by "The National Swimming Pool Foundation". This certificate requires 16 hours of classroom training along with a written examination.

All of Blue Dolphin's repair technicians are trained in accordance with State licensing guidelines, as well as National Pool and Spa Institute guidelines.

We offer billings by email, online viewing of your account and payments. 

Weekly email when the pool was serviced. The chemistry readings, what was added and any comments from the technicians.

Customer Service

We take interest in our customers opinions. Please take the time to sign our guest book on this site and let us know how we are doing.
We also supply a response/survey area on the back of each return envelope with every invoice that is mailed out. Please take the time to fill out the response area, all comments are welcome.

Jay Gonzales "Route Department Manager"
Jay Gonzales "Route Department Manager" Jay came to Blue Dolphin in 1991 as a route cleaner. Jay has since worked his way up to the top of this department, which is the heart of the operation. If you should have any questions or problems with you pool or spa cleaning Jay is the man in charge. With 20 full time route cleaners he is a busy guy! James Handford "Service Department Manager" Jim came to Blue Dolphin in 1996 from Spas East in Virginia. With a sound foundation of knowledge in electronics and customer service he is a perfect fit in the operation here at Blue Dolphin.
